Pushback: Crowdstrike Admits ‘No Evidence’ Russia Stole Emails From DNC Server

| Resistance Report

Crowdstrike, the firm behind the Russian email hacking allegation at the core of Russiagate, makes a bombshell admission: “We did not have concrete evidence.”

In newly released Congressional testimony, Crowdstrike president Shawn Henry said that “we did not have concrete evidence” that alleged Russian hackers actually took the emails from DNC servers. “There’s circumstantial evidence, but no evidence that they were actually exfiltrated,” Henry said.

Aaron Maté breaks down Henry’s testimony and why it adds new doubt about the core allegation at the heart of Russiagate.

That’s the servers they hid from FBI right? And the FBI and intel agencies used crowd strikes opinion to form basis of the Russia distraction. Whole Russia thing is/was a charade to cripple Trump. Probably not a bad idea after seeing his Corona response and general madness. But still, basically a coup of duly elected president by Deep State and that should send chills down your spine if we ever got a real reformer in office.

I cannot help but wondering if Hilary Clinton-CIA won the election would she use the manufactured anti-Russia hysteria to actually go to a war with Russia. Trump, if lost the 2016 electron, he was interested in building a Trump-Moscow hotel. As a candidate, Trump was a magnet for the Russiagate with his personal business ties with Russia and his foreign policy views such as the NATO being obsolete and wanted to take the US an isolationist position. In the end, the truth is out. Hilary Clinton is a puppet for the globalists. This is what Americans should know but the pandemic will take the center stage.

I’d say that if Deep State, neoliberal war monger Hillary had “won”, Cold War Two would be a lot hotter than it is – Russia (and China) even more demonized than they are (if you can imagine that) – and there would never have been a “Russiagate” since it was dreamed up by the DNC/Hillary-ites on Election Night 2016 to excuse her monumental, unprecedented loss to a Reality-TV-Porn Star…

  • chetdude

Yep – after President Sanders took the oath, the entire apparatus would go into full on DefCon One Mode to prevent any Positive Progressive Change…

  • SamandClaire

Hi chetdude, the emails were leaked before the election. So the question is who did it and why? I am confused about the Neocons associated with Bush and the Neocons associated with Hilary. It loos like the Neocons are not a political party dependent but a puppet dependent.

  • SamandClaire

Yes, a real change is possible only when a majority of the people are behind the movement. Some monopolists are insatiable after gaining a market share in a state, the nation and it has to win all over the world, hence, the globalists=imperialists. These people appear to sponsor the CIA who also manipulates the media to involve the public opinion to go to a war using the tax payers money.

  • chetdude

I think that as far as power relationships in the dominant paradigm, the deep state (more a state of mind that includes massive levels of entitlement) is more powerful than either Hillary or Trump, McConnell or Pelosi…although those last four are also captives of the same mindset…

Alas, if one points out the reality of the Deep State, one is accused of being a “conspiracy theorist”. That dismissive label is applied even after one points out that although some members of the machine do hold meetings to discuss strategy and tactics, the “Deep State” is a shared mindset and world view that’s very “Us vs Them” — for “them” read every other nation and the people therein and the USAmerican “masses” who must be controlled so democracy can’t accidentally break out…

  • chetdude

“the emails were leaked before the election. So the question is who did it and why?”

The best “guess” (supported by the ONLY real evidence) is that they were copied onto a thumbdrive and leaked by someone on the inside who was disgusted with the way Sander was treated…

  • kevinzeese

The major reason the Democrats created Russiagate was as an excuse for losing to Trump. It was ot their lousy candidate Hillary Clinton, but the Russians!

Hillary was already a Russia hawk. She was advocating a no fly zone over Syria when the Russian air force was defending Syria. That alone cold have led to a US-Russia conflict.

She did not need Russiagate to escalate the conflict. She had already announced plans to do so.

  • SamandClaire

Right, but the advantage of the Russiagate hysteria involves the public to hate Russia (who allegedly involved in the US election) which is required if HRC wanted a bigger strategic moves, not just a tactical one. I was wondering if she was cooking up something we did not know about. But if it was about a loss of the election, what a pity.

  • SamandClaire

That is an interesting ‘twist’ involving Sander’s supporter as a potential leaker. Trump might protect this person so that it was not a rigged election that he benefited or illegitimatized his win. I feel like I am writing a spy novel.

  • SamandClaire

All these jargons confused me, especially the Deep State, the corporatists, the elites, the CIA, the media, etc. In my view, it is an interconnection (money, politicians, the CIA, and the media) of entities that appears to be important for pushing its preferred world view. I will do more reading on it. We will chat more. 🙂

  • chetdude

The source of the “interconnection” is a shared world view driven by selfish concerns and poor education…

We cant go to war with Russia, Ends life on earth. No she woulda done what we do – but more of it – More sanctions, more supporting Russian NGOs, basically try to cripple Russia so there is revolution inside and Wall Street can get a more pliable leader like Yeltsin. That’s what it’s all about anyway. Russia is the ultimate prize for Wall Street. Near unlimited untapped natural resources to exploit. It’s not about Crimea or Putin killing some former spies or any other nonsense put out there for public consumption. It’s that Putin is a nationalist who won’t open to Global Capitals control.

  • SamandClaire

Thanks for your post. I agree with your perspective on Russia. There is a common thread that If a country does not open up a market, then it becomes a target of a regime change. It is a shame that the US has become a mafia country controlled by the global monopolists. At least with the wall street, the solutions were there, they got deregulated. Sigh…

  • SamandClaire

As you might have noticed, you need to trust that there many other commenters who can sort out any misinformation. You do not need to be a hyperactive vigilant helicopter moderator. Thanks.

  • SCM

We/ve been a mafia country for over 100 years in Central and South America. Took to it in the middle east after Briton and France demurred. Western of Europe after WW2. And now the eastern part and Russia since collapse of Warsaw Pact. It’ the nature of Capitalism and having biggest guns.

  • SCM

The Deep State is simply those who profit off empire and the crony capitalism we practice. They are swimming in trillions of dollars by hook and crook and a revolving door in and out of government. Right or left doesn’t matter – Dick Cheney to Hillary Clinton they all believe in the system for obvious reasons. Most Generals go onto become worth tens of millions as they go work on the board of Defense Contractors. Don’t you think they will always be down with more interventions and more Defense Spending while still Generals? So they system self propagates and weeds out those with empathy or scruples.

Donald Trump threatened a wing of that Deep State. The cheap foreign labor wing with his China stuff and had to go.

  • SamandClaire

“The Deep State is simply those who profit off empire and the crony capitalism we practice.”

Thank you for your well synthesized, concise and clear definition of the Deep State. I just know enough to appreciate that statement.

  • Jeff

That’s not the issue at all unless you’re brainwashed or an establishment hack. The U.S. illegitimately meddles in foreign elections any time it suits it to do so, including getting that U.S. stooge Boris Yeltsin elected and overthrowing an elected leader in the Ukraine, again to replace him with a U.S. stooge. Russia can’t even dream of meddling in foreign elections to the extent that the U.S. does, nor did whatever meddling it did in the 2016 presidential election here have any effect on the outcome.

Trump was elected because Hillary Clinton was so well-hated for both legitimate and illegitimate reasons, and because eight years of Obama and showed enough people that the Democrats weren’t on their side either so that the number of people who stayed home who would have voted for a decent candidate swung the election to Trump.

  • SamandClaire

It may not be an important issue who leaked the emails at the international political scenes but it is an important information to solve a criminal investigation. There were two variables who might have leaked the emails, the external source (Russia) or an internal source ( a person). Understanding the time line, restropectively, the internal source was eliminated much earlier on and Russia was targeted as a politically more expedient choice. Crooked Hilary is also a murderer along with the CIA, I presume. The rest of what you said I agree with.

I used to read the NYT and WaPo before I switched to Mother Jones as a source of Independent news regarding the Russiagate. With my luck, I landed on a mouthpiece of the DNC.

It was not until a couple of years ago I stumbled into the Truthdig. Gee, even it was a year ago I accused Chris Hedges of having a soft spot for Russia since he works for the RT. What can I say??? So my sympathy to the Trump base.

Good to hear from you, Jeff. I remember you from Truthdig.

  • Jeff

Thanks Samand, good to hear from you too.

To be clear, I didn’t say anything that contradicts your statement about Clinton being a murderer, though it’s worse than that. Clinton should be in prison for life or executed for what she did to Libya, and I’m not talking about the idiotic Benghazi BS.

Russiagate and Ukrainegate are Democratic Party distractions intended to deflect public attention at how pro-Wall Street and war-mongering they are. Since the U.S. public is easily distracted because they’re either ill-informed or uninformed, it worked like a charm. So in that context, I couldn’t care less who leaked the emails, it’s a non-issue relative to anything important.

  • SamandClaire

Yes, I agree with you. Just for the sake of continuing an argument, Trump is no better for that matter. Trump does not fix anything that he used to complain about, the swamp, the Deep State and the rigged system. He has been creating his own swamp and the Deep State with Adelson and Pompeo selling the 8 billon dollars worth of weapons to Saudi. Trump complains when he does not get his cut like the Clinton foundation from the foreign countries. America is imploding and decaying and unless there is a change, the America we used to know will disappear soon. Some of the elites who only can think the maximum profits in dollars all over the globe have destroyed the American middle class persistently and incrementally. This is also a criminal activity. It seems that it is almost a deliberate and intentional goal to destroy the US by these elites.

It is a predicament who is the lesser evil in this case, Biden or Trump. They are equally evil.

  • Jeff

I’m getting to the point where I’m totally fed up with electoral politics and I’m about to disengage from it. Even the progressives sold out in the huge bailout, the largest transfer of wealth in human history and almost all of it went upward

Ocasio-Cortez used equivocating language to convince people that she voted against it, but that was a big lie. The facts are that 1) she could have demanded a roll call vote — same for the other progressives in the House — but she didn’t, just so she could claim to have voted against it when she in fact didn’t. And in the recording of the voice vote, one can clearly hear that there were only two “no” votes, and they were both males. Then she made some grandstanding speech for TV, flapping her arms like some mentally ill bird and screaming about how bad the bill was. So the progressives in the House failed to even oppose this huge ripoff that will likely do great harm to U.S. society for the foreseeable future.

Bernie Sanders was as bad or worse, lying that he got great things for regular people while in fact all of the provisions in the bailout for regular people were put there by someone else. And Sanders didn’t filibuster either.

So if even elected progressives won’t oppose the establishment when push comes to shove, I see no point in wasting time or effort on electoral politics. Might as well spend time organizing for a revolution instead, because that’s the only thing that’s going to get any substantial improvements.
