Fifteen protesters participating in a special Passover seder condemning ICE operations were cuffed in Manhattan on Monday night after the participants occupied the lobby of Palantir’s headquarters and refused to leave. The hours-long event began earlier in the day, around 5 p.m. on April 6, at Union Square for the sixth night of Passover and was held by Jews for Racial & Economic Justice for a “Seder in the Streets.” Attended by Mayor Zohran Mamdani and a host of other elected officials, protesters looked to condemn President Trump’s ongoing immigration crackdown.

The Pentagon has designated Palantir's Maven artificial intelligence system as an official program of record, in a move that will lock in the weapons-targeting technology long term across ‌the US military, Reuters reported on 21 March. The move was announced in a letter from Deputy Secretary of War Steve ​Feinberg issued to senior Pentagon leaders and US military commanders on 9 March. Feinberg wrote that embedding Palantir's Maven Smart System would provide the military "with the latest tools necessary to detect, deter, and dominate our adversaries in all domains."

Denver, CO – On January 31 over 100 protesters gathered at James Manley Park in Denver for a rally against the tech and AI surveillance company Palantir, which has been headquartered in the state since leaving their Silicon Valley location in 2020. This spring, the company plans to move from their downtown Denver office to the Cherry Creek Financial House just four miles away. Crowds began gathering at the park around 10 a.m., rallying with signs demanding “No AI for war crimes!” and “No AI for ICE!” Palantir has been involved closely in contracts and deals with both the Israeli Defense Force and ICE.

ELITE, a tracking tool used by ICE and developed by Palantir, uses data from the government healthcare program Medicaid and other government databases to generate profiles of individuals ICE believes may be deportable. “ICE is using a Palantir tool that uses Medicaid and other government data to stalk people for arrest,” the Electronic Frontier Foundation (EFF), a nonprofit advocating for internet freedom, recently wrote.

Palantir, whose technology is widely used by ICE to track immigrants and by Israel to facilitate genocide in Gaza, was invited to place its headquarters in Denver by Colorado Governor Jared Polis, after protests drove them out of California in 2020.

Denver, CO – On July 26, Coloradans gathered outside Denver’s Union Station in a rally against software development company Palantir, which is complicit with apartheid Israel. Palantir develops artificial intelligence used both by ICE to facilitate mass arrests and deportations and by the Israel Defense Forces (IDF), with programs like “Lavender” and “Where’s Daddy” used to target and slaughter innocent Palestinian civilians and families by identifying targets, tracking them back to their homes, and deploying bombs. The protesters took aim at the Tabor Center, a skyscraper located in downtown Denver which leases out the 15th floor to Palantir to use as its headquarters.

Palantir’s Technology Used In Mississippi ICE Raids

Palantir’s FALCON Tipline software tool, a tool it sells to the Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) division of Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), was used in the Mississippi raids that swept the state in August, when 680 people were arrested en masse by ICE agents. The Mississippi workplace raids were the largest immigration raid in a decade and among the largest such raids in American history. The raids lead to the arrest, prosecution, and deportation of hundreds of workers, separating them from their families, and terrorizing the immigrant community at large. The raids took place during the first day of school for many in the state, resulting in children returning to empty homes, following the detention of both parents by ICE. At least two children were left alone for eight days after their parents did not return from work.
