Join Us on May 4th at 1:00 pm!
We will be protesting our government’s use of Drone technology to kill innocent people, even American citizens, in places around the globe where we are not legally at war.  We will be petitioning our federal legal apparatus to stand up and hold our politicians and civil servants accountable for war crimes and atrocities using Drone technology.
Riding the momentum of the April Days of Actions, CODEPINK DC and Noor Mir (former drone campaign coordinator at CODEPINK, now working at the Washington Peace Center) are recreating the wedding party in Yemen hit by a US drone strike–– in front of the White House on May 4th at 1 pm. We hope to educate the public about the horrors of drone strikes using this street theater, sending our message far and wide by making it into a video.
