The Bradley Manning Support Network organized a rally outside of Ft. McNair, in Washington DC, near the office of Major General Jeffrey Buchanan.
Gen. Buchanan is the “Convening Authority” in the court martial of Bradley Manning. He can reduce any sentence resulting from a conviction, by whatever amount he chooses. While he reigns over Bradley’s destiny, Manning supporters will be calling upon him to do the right thing.
