Abby Martin, of RT’s Breaking the Set,  talks to Russell Tice, former intelligence analyst and original NSA whistleblower, about how the recent NSA scandal only scratches the surface of a massive surveillance apparatus. Citing specific targets, he saw spying orders that included former senators Hilary Clinton and Barack Obama. He raises the question — are the intelligence agencies spying on government officials in order to control the government? Are the blackmailing officials?  Why is the intelligence budget not part of the sequester?
