 …Against Overwhelming Forces
Martelly is gone! Finally. Nasty stuff is gone. Bought-by-the-Internationals, indecent, pornographic and proudly misogynistic Michel “Sweet Mickey” Martelly is no longer the puppet president of Haiti!
The people celebrate today. Tomorrow they’ve vowed to address the illegitimately elected authorities the Internationals are forcing down Haiti’s throat to make the disputed 2015 foreign-supported, corrupt elections count anyways. The alliance of eight top presidential candidates known as the G-8, disavowed the February 6, Trojan Horse Accord signed between the outgoing Martelly and the unconstitutionally formulated new Parliament. (See, Haiti illegal Parliament to carry forth US-EU International Crimes in Haiti.)
30 years ago on February 7, 1986 the people of Haiti had a victory almost as big as today. The people took down the US-sponsored Duvalier dynasty dictatorship and sent Jean Claude Duvalier into exile. Today, we honor the victims of empire and took down their neoDuvalierist, Michel Martelly. It’s not a “grim” day as Reutersand the rest of the corporate media would have you believe. It’s a great day for people power against overwhelming forces.
The people of Haiti insist their votes must count and not be discounted by the Obama Administration, supposed Democrats who are currently asking the US public to come vote for them. A different standards for Haitians is unacceptable. One person one vote, should not be destroyed by the United States in Haiti while they’re shouting about their commitment to law, justice, good governance and democracy worldwide to all and sundry. ( See, 6 Fév. 2016 : Le G-8 condamne le caractère anti-peuple et antidémocratique du prétendu accord intervenu entre Michel Joseph Martelly et certains parlementaires.)
Front Row Meddlers put Haitians in the Back Seats to Rescue Martelly Leaving in Disgrace
The cover photo was taken on February 6, 2016 at the signing of a last minute Trojan Horse Accord, sponsored by the folks you see seating in the front row. Before this pro-government accord, pushed by the white folks you see seating in the front row in the photo, there were two very good local Haiti agreements with pretty much the same main points put forward to resolve the crisis efficiently and without putting into the mix Parliamentarians who are accused of falsely being elected in the disputed elections. These same colonial forces are the ones who adjusted the Haiti votes back in 2010 under the Hillary Clinton/Obama State Department to fraudulently bring Martelly to power. (See, Five years ago I witnessed Michelle Martelly’s Inauguration in Haiti, It was a disturbing sight.)
He’s served them well. Selling off Haiti offshore islands and mining rights, letting the World Bank try to amend the Haiti constitution, changing Haiti political structure adding 19 more Deputy members in Parliament from key resource areas the colonial devils want for their own families and countries.
US Intransigent Colonial Forces in Haiti Maneuver to Count the Fraudulent Elections Anyway
Martelly left office under widespread street protest that boycotted the internationally fraudulent 2015 elections.
But he didn’t leave Haiti to a fresh start, free of colonial oppression. The front row folks made sure he signed an Accord that gave legitimacy to both duly and fraudulently voted-in Parliament members from the contested August 9th and October 25, 2015 elections.
The Internationals are using the sham votes to put in Haiti frauds they can use to neutralize the people power of the Haiti G8 and other relevant stakeholder coalitions who did not obey them but forced their revolting January 24 elections off-the rails to push Martelly’s ouster. Key Haiti players like the G8 and others were not there, not invited and those Haitians who where present, were there because they would naturally agree to sit in the back row in their own country. (See the two local Haiti exit proposals for after Martelly and how to rule Haiti until proper elections, here and here.)
Haiti justice activists at the Ezili Network and the Free Haiti Movement join all concerned democratic voices to strongly protest against the provisional government being implemented with Martelly’s prime minister and the illegally elected parliament that was installed by Martelly’s fake elections.
” Blan Kolon te mete Marteli sou pouvwa. Se menm Djab saa yo ki fè manigèt pou kite yon pelen pou Ti Pèp la ak ‘san elu yo’ ki lan Palman a.”Â
The invading OAS/UN/US and Core Criminals brought Martelly to power and shepherd him out, leaving behind the fraudulent parliamentary votes of Aug 9th and October 25th the people protested to destroy Haiti some more.  See,  La domination étrangère en Haiti.
” Bye bye Michel Martelly. Take all your legal bandits with you. And we’re telling that thug Guy Philippe and the PHTK paramilitary buffoons wearing former military fatigues that “2016 is not 2004.”
The UN troops have been raping and abusing Haiti children and women for 12 years. Brought in cholera that killed over 10,000 innocent Haitians. But it’s now these cretins decide they’re men and ready to go to war against, not the foreign goons hurting our women and children, but against unarmed Haitians protesting dictatorship and foreign oppression. For shame. ” — Èzili Dantò, HLLN/Free Haiti.
Part of the next order of business is for an honest new electoral council (CEP) to de-certify the fraudulently seated Opont Parliament, evaluate all the votes for August 9th and October 25. See, Haiti illegal Parliament to carry forth US-EU International Crimes in Haiti .
The Core Group criminals in Haiti did all they could to silence Haiti voices for clean elections. The Core Criminals said “no” to a provisional government and insisted on a January 24th run off that would look like August 9 and October 15 where all the International criminals declared were not fraudulent. The people protested, Jude Celestin boycotted the sham and the people scored the January 22 indefinite postponement of the fake elections.
Today, we could have gotten a solid beginning for a provisional government and be headed towards a new CEP to verify the people’s true choices for governance of Haiti. But, a few hours before the end of Martelly’s term, the front row folks to all Haiti affairs intervened to made sure the embarrassing Martelly left Haiti with a Parliament voted in through the August 9 and Oct 25th frauds. They do this just because absolute power corrupts, they’re racist tyrants and enjoy the Martelly/Clinton/Obama NIGHTMARE unleashed upon defenseless Haiti.
The remains of Martelly’s criminal administration and the contested Parliament are the Haiti entities the OAS/US now charges with the task to safely choose the next Haiti provisional government. They ignored the indigenous Haitian solution from the Church mediators and the G8 coalition, to seat illegitimately elected Haiti politicians, who will owe them their position and do what the vile internationals with visa, money and heavy firepower, say.
No Dictatorship through US-EU-sponsored Fake Elections
February 7, 2016 marks our 30th year battling the return of U.S.-sponsored dictatorship to Haiti. Lovinsky Pierre Antoine, our human rights icon, disappeared in U.S.-UN occupied Haiti in 2007. Lovinsky, like millions of Haitians before him fought Empire, their ruling elites and military forces. He created Fondasyon 30 Septanm to represent the coup detat victims of Bush Sr regime change in 1991 and Bush Jr’s 2004 bicentennial regime change in Haiti that led to this Martelly neoDuvalierist presidency. On February 7, 2016, revolutionary Haiti honored the victims of both the Duvalier and Martelly US-supported dictatorships by coldly stopping a replica of Martelly from being installed in fake elections. We cancelled the annual carnival set to start and stopped the grotesque King of Carnival’s repressive rule, his gross indecency. We refused to obey!
The Corrupt International Community and Partisan Corporate Media
The media coverage are so off-base. Their teary, fluffy Martelly send-offs underplays what a relief today is for Haiti’s democratic forces.
The Haitian public works to stop corruption and institutionalize the rule of law. Suffered and died for five years under Martelly to expose it. But before he left, the US/OAS had their puppets install a corrupt Parliament. The corrupted is to name a new, non-corrupt interim President and Prime Minister and to conduct real, non-corrupt elections by April 24, 2016. The colonial mind make no sense. It doesn’t have to make sense. Might makes right.
Centuries after centuries, Haiti’s people are forced to face these colonial tortures, trials and tribulations. It’s tyrannical, racist, revolting despotism.
These crimes against the people of Haiti by the powerful white superpowers are aided and abetted by the corporate media. The Associated Press, Reuters, Miami Herald and Washington Post write decontextualized articles that don’t emphasize the massive fraud in the 2015 elections but pushes fear of Haiti violence and their narcissistic delusions about the international community’s neutrality and benevolence. You’ll notice the corporate media ignores the details and sequences of events as you’re learning here.
It was Haitians who first proposed a provisional government long ago and the international community who refused to let go of the agencies of Michel Martelly and Pierre Louis Opont in Haiti. This emboldened Martelly and his old neoDuvalierist army paramilitaries, fostered preventable violence that deepened the national crisis. The international community’s intransigence can’t be discounted, conflated or marginalized to that of an innocent bystander, or the “foreign powers who monitor Haiti” and are mere third party spectator.
But their articles portray the international community not as relentless meddlers and front row seat players who rigged the game and strategically created and moved their local Haiti pawns. No. You’re left with the notion the international community are mere good faith neighbors who simply are “losing patience with Haiti as it struggled to reach an agreement.” Or, the “Organization of American States special mission was hopeful that an agreement would be reached…Haiti Special Coordinator Kenneth Merten…quietly slipped into Port-au-Prince this week to see how negotiations were progressing.”
The glaring truth is the international community – OAS, Kenneth Merten, the UN with Sandra Honore, US Haiti Ambassador Peter Mulrean- are the first string players in Haiti’s electoral fraud 2015, just as they were in 2010. They purposely polluted the local Haiti solutions for a clean and respected transitional government. Disrespected the people’s wishes. These mindless functionaries of empire are a global terror. (See photo album at US 2016 Electoral Scam in Haiti.)
The games the Imperialist playsÂ
Their top media outlets make no mention of the partial illegitimacy of the Parliament signing the February 6, 2016 Accord. Reuters doesn’t bother to hide its shocking partisanship. Its Haiti reporter is Joseph Guyler Delva, Martelly’s former communication secretary and chief propagandist.
The embedded media make no mention of the historically corrupting role of the US-run OAS in Haiti; of the parasitic UN who train the violent BOID and CIMO police and give them firepower cover;Â of how the U.S. ambassador, Peter “Pinnochio” Mulrean, prolonged the crisis by declaring he saw “no evidence of massive electoral fraud.” Or, how Kenneth Merten and CORE GROUP pressures on the G8 anti-government coalition, pushed to divide the national unity against their corrupt puppet president. You’ll never learn from them about the enormous US presence in Haiti. The Haiti oil and iridium riches that the United States won’t trade fairly for. Or, that the United States has the largest Embassy compound in the Western Hemisphere and its fourth largest Embassy in the world in tiny Haiti. No. They’ll condescendingly tell you, ad nauseam, Haiti is violent and can’t rule itself without, this time, OAS “observers” and Kenneth Merten coordination.
One Haiti Deputy in the Martelly party found the corruption so bad, he distanced himself, publicly witnessing to the corruption on Haiti radio. He said that a UN official worked the logistics for the electoral fraud using UN trucks and logos. Even Red Cross vehicles were reportedly used to transport fake ballots and stuff votes on October 25th. No mention is made of the many cogent G8 proposals and press releases or the local Haiti Church-Civic-Political-Economic coalition that had both come up with local consensus to assure stability after Martelly left office.
Their relentless focus is on the “divided,” “stubborn” and “violent” Haitians and how a power vacuum has been avoided due to an accord. The AP carefully reported the OAS was “observing negotiations to resolve a standoff.” Yet, no stakeholder of consequence met with the OAS in Haiti because of Haiti unity and integrity. Only the stooges and the mostly pro-government forces whose authority the people rejected.
The media makes up the picture frame and fills it in as the colonial powers, their local stooges and the OAS dictated. Sprinkling in, here and there that the “opposition was outside protesting.” But if you know what’s up and the reality of their one-sided accord, you can catch them red handed, like with this revealing AP sentence:
“Some opposition figures have repeatedly said Martelly could not be part of the process, but Sanders (Chief of the OAS Mission), who stressed he was a witness and not a participant in the talks, said the deal was reached by elected officials who have the authority to do so.”
Emphasis added to show you their arrogance. The people say no, the Martelly regime are not duly elected officials. That’s the whole five year crisis, no? And some no longer even have last January’s tenuous political consensus. Are these disgraceful Internationals also retarded, on drugs, obtuse or what? (See, photo album at Haiti Case Against Bill&Hillary Clinton/Unelected Michel Martelly andNo More Electoral Coups: OAS is Not Welcome in Haiti.)
If the pro-democratic groups say the Martelly-Paul regime can’t be part of the solution. That’s not the full story. We also say the OAS is part of the problem and cannot be part of the solution. The OAS and Hillary Clinton, cooked the votes in 2010 to put Michel Martelly in office. Did The Associated Press forget this salient point when it proudly announced its “exclusive interview with special OAS mission leader Ronald Sanders” about the one-sided Haiti “Deal Reached on Provisional Haiti Government?”
Haiti deserves an end to the US occupation behind the UN military front, fake elections and fake NGO aid. Haiti deserves to be heard on how it wishes to conduct fair, inclusive and democratic elections for the Presidency and the Parliament. It’s time to end the colonially-supported government repression.
“Aprè 7 Fevriye, fòk lari a okipe pou kòmanse -DEMARTELIZE peyi a. Fòk nou retire menm sant DELENKAN saa nan trou nen ni Ayisyen an Ayiti, ni Ayisyen nan Dyaspora a. Kesyon $1 dola 50 lan ak 10 santim sou chak minit transfè a pral resi regle. Iminite delenkan an pral leve. Kidonk, nou pral pase alatak pou audit e verifye vòl yo. Lari a pral fenk kare plen pou revandike DEMARTELIZASYON an.” — Norluck Dorange, Haiti political activist.
At the Èzili Network/Free Haiti we’ve been exposing US-EU colonialism, racism and the media’s colonial narrative on Haiti for a long while. The people of Haiti stopped the fake elections, forced Martelly to leave in disgrace without installing a replica of himself. We celebrate this achievement. We won’t let the international tyrants take this new beginning of a new day from our people. Nou pap lave men nou pou’n kite yo siye l a tè – We didn’t wash our hand of the corrupt Martelly regime to have the Internationals force it back into the mud. Desalin taught us how to say “no.” Haiti will be DEMARTELIZED.
When we’re done, the effects will reverberates like the 1804 Haiti revolution. Other world citizens will be so inspired to fight for good elections, economic rights and participatory governance in their own home that their momentum will converge with ours to pull these rabid elites home to face justice and to leave the people of Haiti in peace.
