Davide Martello the Pianist Made Famous at the Gezi Park Uprising in Turkey Has Come to the US as Part of His #StopKilling Tour
Davide Montello single-handedly halted the violence between the Istanbul, Turkey police and protesters this past Spring for 3 straight days prior to the eviction of the occupation of Gezi Park.
Last night he played on the Smithsonian, here is a report and pictures of that performance.

The US tour began in North Philadelphia, the beginning was an improvisation as the plan had been to start in Maryland but Davide just wanted to start playing.
