The private security firm hired to secure Gaza aid distribution sites, where Israeli soldiers have shot over one thousand Palestinians as they seek food, employs dozens of members of an explicitly anti-Islam US motorcycle gang, BBC reported on 11 September.
A BBC investigation identified at least 10 members of the Infidels Motorcycle Club (Infidels MC) working for UG Solutions (UG), which provides security at the deadly Gaza Humanitarian Foundation (GHF) aid sites in Gaza.
At least seven members of Infidels MC work in senior positions with UG in Gaza.
Infidels MC was formed in 2006 by US soldiers who fought in Iraq during and after the 2003 invasion. They are known for having tattoos that say “kafir” or “infidel” in Arabic.
The club’s members see themselves as modern-day Crusaders, a reference to European Christians who traveled to the Holy Land to reconquer Jerusalem from the Muslims in medieval times.
Most Palestinians in Gaza are Muslim, living peacefully with the small Christian minority there.
Group members also have tattoos of Crusader crosses and the number 1095, signifying the year Pope Urban II called for launching the first Crusade, allegedly labeling Muslims as a “vile race.”
At least seven members of the biker gang are in senior positions overseeing GHF sites in Gaza.
Among the Infidel MC members in top positions with UG in Gaza is Larry “J-Rod” Jarrett, the gang’s vice president, who is in charge of logistics.
The Infidels MC national treasurer, Bill “Saint” Siebe, leads the security team for one of GHF’s four distribution sites.
Richard “A-Tracker” Lofton, a founding member of the gang, is a team leader at another Gaza distribution site.
According to an estimate by a former contractor who spoke with BBC, UG recruited at least 40 people, out of a staff of 320 who work in Gaza, from Infidels MC.
UG Solutions pays each contractor working at Gaza distribution sites a wage of $980 per day, including expenses. Team leaders receive $1,580 per day.
“Putting the Infidels biker club in charge of delivering humanitarian aid in Gaza is like putting the KKK in charge of delivering humanitarian aid in Sudan. It makes no sense whatsoever,” said Edward Ahmed Mitchell, deputy director of the Council on American–Islamic Relations (CAIR).
“It’s bound to lead to violence, and that’s exactly what we’ve seen happen in Gaza.”
Another gang member, Josh Miller, posted a photo of contractors in Gaza with their faces covered and a “Make Gaza Great Again” sign.
Miller owns a company that sells t-shirts with the slogan “embrace violence” and another that says, “Surf all day, rockets all night. Gaza summer 25.”
A video posted by his company calls for shooting criminals, with the caption stating, “Remember, always shoot until they’re no longer a threat!”
The gang also organized an anti-Muslim pig roast. “In defiance of the Islamic holiday of Ramadan … we invite you to attend the Infidels MC Colorado Springs Chapter open bike party & pig roast,” said a flyer advertising the event.
“The flyer also shows a woman wearing a burka that has been torn off from the neck down, exposing her chest,” BBC found.
Comments from members of the Infidel MC Facebook group included, “Filling my magazine to the max. Would not be the first time we were at odds with muslims;” “Deport these pathetic skanks to a pathetic third world crap hole where they won’t be offended by the Holy Bible;” and a comment referencing the Prophet Muhammad with an expletive.
As of 2 September, 1,135 children, women, and men were killed near GHF sites while seeking food, according to the UN.
In total, 2,465 Palestinians have been killed and over 17,948 injured while waiting for humanitarian aid in Gaza, according to the Gaza Health Ministry.
Most have been killed by Israeli soldiers, including many whose interpretation of Judaism calls for exterminating Palestinians as remnants of “Amalek.”
