October 7, 2025, marks two years since the Al-Aqsa Flood boldly asserted the collective human right of the Palestinian resistance to oppose colonial occupation while dealing a death blow to the perceived invincibility of the zionist regime. In response, the imperialist coalition protecting israel – led by the United States – has intensified its genocide of the Palestinian people, extending its barbarous terror to any and all defenders of the Palestinian cause.
The U.S. Central Command, or CENTCOM – which oversees an estimated 58 U.S. military bases and installations across North Africa and West & Central Asia – has played a key role in the occupation of Palestine, as well as in the violent destabilization and exploitation of the region and its peoples as a whole.
U.S. bases in the Arab Gulf, Iraq, Syria, Jordan, and across the Arab world have been transformed into launching pads for bombings and direct support to the Zionist enemy. They function as command centers for the aggression against the resistance in Palestine, Lebanon, and Yemen, as well as hubs for espionage and domination serving only the interests of Washington and Tel Aviv, at the expense of the sovereignty and dignity of our peoples.
Al-Aqsa Flood and the ensuing defense of Gaza by Palestinian resistance forces has not only directly challenged zionist settler-colonialism, but the entirety of the western military apparatus maintaining the zionist project. Two years into an unspeakably vicious genocide unfolding before the eyes of the world, the Palestinian people continue to embody an unconquerable will to be free, an enduring expression of popular struggle to defeat the interlocking systems of white supremacy and colonial domination threatening all oppressed and colonized people across the world. Their example demonstrates the collective ability of humanity to expose and defeat the militarized arms of western imperialism which extend over all corners of the planet.
